How to Get There: By ferry from Wandoor Jetty. Prior booking and permits are required from the forest department in Port Blair.
Important Note: Jolly Buoy is open only for 6 months a year (typically November to April) as part of a conservation effort. When it's closed, nearby Red Skin Island is open to visitors instead.
